I am Founder and Managing Partner of CBCS Capital, a Charlotte-based merchant bank providing M&A advisory, strategic planning, and corporate finance for privately owned companies, alongside strategic majority and minority investments and family office investment and operations experience.
I spent 25 years in M&A and capital markets at Wells Fargo and Bank of America — and saw firsthand how banks struggle to operationalize risk governance at scale. That experience became the foundation for Auditrol, where I serve as Co-Founder & President. I also served 3+ years as the CFO & EVP of Operations at Lucid Bots.
I am based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Education: BS Finance, Virginia Tech.
